Evelyn is survived by:
Her three children: Cathy, Joseph and Lisa.
A legacy of five wonderful grandchildren she cherished: Amanda, Ryan, Brandon, Joseph and Anthony and great-grandchildren, Izzy and Elise.
Her brother, Alexander and sister-in-law, Kathleen and niece and nephew, Mary Ellen and Alex.
She was a selfless, strong and caring person and always put her family first. She enjoyed traveling around the world and was fortunate to visit Hawaii, Australia, Alaska, and Italy. Her brother, sister-in-law and niece took her to Nashville to see where the love of her life, Elvis, lived. She was politically passionate and loved our country. Most of all she enjoyed spending quality time with her grandchildren.
God saw that she was getting tired,
A cure was not to be.
So he put His arms around her
And whispered, “Come with Me.”
With tearful eye, We saw her fade away.
Although we loved her dearly,
We could not make her stay.
A golden heart stopped beating.
Hard working hands to rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes “The Best”.
