Condolences to your family. Perhaps the following spiritual encouragement may soften the pain of losing your loved one. Take courage in the resurrection hope promised in the Bible at Acts 24:15 "And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." 1 Corinthians 15:25, 26 says "For he [Jesus] must rule as king until God has put all enemies under his feet. And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing". At Revelation 21:4 it says regarding Jehovah, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."

I will forever have the sweetest memories of my dad. He was the most awesome Dad and grandpa to my daughter Tiffany. All of the goofy things he did with me as a child and her as a child have carried on as a family tradition.I have been blessed to have him as my role model. My strong belief in the "promises of GOD" tells me this is not goodbye but instead Until we meet again. Terri Goulet-Smith
